Yes, feel free to go ahead with filling out the application form. Upon approval, you will be sent an email containing guidelines on how to place orders using your account.
Most of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers, ensuring freshness and alignment with the factory's quality control standards. In cases of indirect sourcing, we enforce a minimum required date and implement a quality control procedure before loading. Our 3pl partner, Mainfreight, employs rigorous quality control measures throughout the product handling stages that encompass the collection and dispatching of goods.
Yes, once our compliance checks have been completed and any over-label finalised, we work with a local labelling company in Auckland to over-label each unit before being sent to our 3pl partner, Mainfreight, to be receipted into their warehouse.
Orders are processed within one business day of receiving. Average delivery times once the order has been dispatched are as follows:
- North Island courier – overnight
- North Island Transport 1 – 2 business days
- South Island Courier – 2 business days
- South Island Transport – 3 – 4 business days
No, there are no minimum order quantities. However all products are sold by the case.
