Zebra International is thrilled to announce the successful launch of The Good Crisp Company in New Zealand at the Christchurch Food Show.
Held from April 12-14, the event marked an exciting milestone as we introduced this innovative brand of gluten-free, guilt-free potato crisps to the New Zealand market.
A Successful Debut
The Christchurch Food Show attracted nearly 9,600 attendees, providing an ideal platform for showcasing The Good Crisp Company’s delicious offerings.
Our booth quickly became a popular destination, with an estimated 7,000 chips sampled throughout the event. Visitors were eager to try the crisps and learn about their health-conscious attributes.
The Brand
The Good Crisp Company offers a range of delicious, guilt-free potato crisps that cater to health-conscious consumers.
Founded by Matt Parry in Australia, these crisps are crafted to be free from gluten, GMOs, and other top allergens.
The Good Crisp Company’s mission is to provide snack lovers with a healthier alternative that doesn’t compromise on taste, making it possible for everyone to enjoy their favourite snacks together.
The product launch lineup includes the flavours Classic Original, Sea Salt & Vinegar, Sour Cream & Chives, BBQ, and Cheddar Cheese.
Overwhelmingly Positive Response
The response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive.
Many visitors remarked, “These are way better than Pringles!” highlighting the crisps’ perfect balance of flavour and crispness.
Our top flavours—BBQ and Sour Cream—captured the attention of many, while the gluten-free and dairy-free characteristics served as significant drawcards for health-conscious consumers.
We sold out by the final day of the show, a testament to the high demand and enthusiasm for The Good Crisp products.
Building Partnerships
The success at the Food Show has already opened doors for new partnerships. Local supermarket owners from New World and FreshChoice expressed their enthusiasm by deciding to stock The Good Crisp products on their shelves.
Just the Beginning
The positive reception at the Christchurch Food Show sets a strong foundation for The Good Crisp Company’s future in New Zealand. We are excited to announce our participation in upcoming events, including the Auckland Food Show in July!
